Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your little ones to love every toy. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
7-Day returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
Eligible reasons
- Damaged or defective product on arrival
- Wrong item delivered
- Significant difference from the product description
Non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery
- Gift-wrapped personalised orders (unless defective)
How to request a return
Email ambikasoftoy@gmail.com or WhatsApp 92705 41520 with your order number and a photo of the product. Our team will guide you through pickup or drop-off.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.
Exchanges
Prefer a different colour or item? We are happy to arrange an exchange subject to availability.
